Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms describe the paid service agreement for Slideri, an online service for creating, editing, redesigning, storing, viewing, and exporting presentations. A user accepts the Russian original terms by registering, signing in, topping up a balance, starting a generation or editing action, exporting a result, or otherwise using the service.

2. Service

Slideri can create presentation outlines from text prompts, generate slides and visuals, edit slides with AI, process uploaded references and images, redesign PPTX files where technically possible, and export results as PPTX or other available formats.

The service is automated and uses AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, content-processing algorithms, and technical providers. Slideri does not promise manual custom design work for every result unless this is stated separately on the website.

3. User Materials

Users are responsible for prompts, files, images, links, and other materials they provide. By submitting materials, users confirm that they have the necessary rights and lawful grounds to use and process them through the service.

Users must not upload unlawful materials, malicious code, materials that violate third-party rights, or protected personal or confidential data without a lawful basis. Slideri may refuse processing, remove materials, or restrict access where there are grounds to believe the terms or law are being violated.

4. Tokens and Subscriptions

Tokens are internal service credits used to pay for selected actions. They are not money, electronic money, digital currency, securities, or an independent civil-law asset. Subscription plans add a defined number of tokens for the billing period: 7 calendar days for the trial subscription and 1 month for paid plans.

Recurring payments renew the subscription when the user has given the required consent. Users can cancel renewal in their account. The ability to pay with foreign cards depends on the payment partner and issuing banks.

5. Results and Rights

User rights to source materials remain with the user or relevant right holder. Subject to the Russian original terms and payment for the relevant service, the user may use the generated result for personal and commercial purposes worldwide, unless a different limitation follows from the result, the law, or third-party rights in the source materials.

Slideri does not guarantee uniqueness, legal clearance, patentability, absence of similarity to third-party materials, or exclusive rights in automatically generated results. Users must review results before publishing or relying on them.

6. Refunds

Refund requests for unused paid tokens may be sent to admin@slideri.com. Refunds are reviewed under applicable law and the Russian original terms, considering unused paid tokens, services already provided, actual expenses, and any proven service defects. Bonus, free, test, promotional, or administratively granted tokens are not refundable in money.

7. Liability and Changes

Users are responsible for lawful use of the service, the content they submit, and review of results. Slideri may update the terms by publishing a new version on the website. The Russian original controls the relationship between the parties.
