This page is provided for convenience. The Russian original controls if there is any inconsistency.
This consent is provided by a Slideri user to the personal data controller identified below. The consent is separate from the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and is given through the registration checkbox in a form that allows Slideri to record the fact of consent.
1. Controller
Controller: Vyacheslav Vitalievich Osadchiy, self-employed individual, Tax ID 667479854147. Region: Nizhny Novgorod Region, Russian Federation. Contact email: admin@slideri.com. Contact phone: +7 901 384-41-36.
2. Data Subject
The data subject is the user who registers for Slideri. The user may be identified by email address and account identifiers, including identifiers received from supported third-party sign-in providers such as Yandex ID.
Slideri records the fact of consent in an electronic log with the user identifier, date and time, IP address, device information, source of consent, and document version.
3. Personal Data
The consent covers name, email address, profile image from sign-in providers, account and authentication identifiers, service activity, operation history, balance information, support requests, technical device and website data, traffic source data, and user content submitted for presentation processing.
The consent does not cover targeted processing of sensitive personal data or biometric personal data. If a user includes such data in submitted content, it may only be technically processed as part of the content for fulfilling, refusing, deleting, or restricting the request; the user is responsible for having a lawful basis.
4. Purposes and Actions
Data is processed to register and maintain the account, provide Slideri functionality, perform the service agreement, process presentation creation, editing, redesign, storage, viewing and export requests, accept payments, issue receipts, provide support, protect the service, improve quality, fix technical errors, and comply with Russian law.
Processing actions include collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer or provision of access where required, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction. Processing may be automated or non-automated.
5. Processors and Storage
The controller may appoint processors for the purposes listed above. The current processor list is described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.
6. Term and Withdrawal
The consent applies from the moment it is given until the processing purposes are achieved or until the user withdraws consent. A user may withdraw consent by emailing admin@slideri.com or deleting the account in service settings. Some processing may continue on other legal grounds, such as performing the agreement, complying with law, or protecting legitimate interests.
